Cyber Nova AI Is Live
I built a team of agents to help me build a business. Nine of them. A CEO Adviser that I work with directly. I talk to it, it makes decisions, then it coordinates everything else. A COO to own the records and process every update. A CTO to build the platform from scratch. A Product Manager, a Marketing Director, a Sales Director, a Finance Manager, a Knowledge and Documentation agent, and a Content Editor.
I'm the only human. I don't code, I don't design, I don't manage tasks day-to-day. I make the decisions. The agents do everything else.
This isn't a simulation. It's a real business, serving real users, with real governance and every decision traceable. Six weeks after the first agent was activated, the product is live.
Why I built it
Cybersecurity has a communication problem. Not a technical one.
Most security advice is written for people who already know what they're doing. I wanted something my mum could use. Something a small business owner without an IT background could actually follow.
The guidance existed in places. The tools existed. None of it talked to people the way people actually talk.
So I gave the agents a brief: build something useful, in plain English, for the UK.
What it is
I gave the agents a goal: build a free cybersecurity platform for UK home users and small businesses. Here's what came back:

What's next
I don't know exactly what comes next. There's a list of things I want to build: Windows content, better assessments, more ways to track progress over time. But I've learned not to announce things until they exist.
