Is the free tier really free — forever?

Yes. The free tier is not a trial and has no time limit. You can use your Security Score, full task checklist, and AI Advisor at no cost, indefinitely. We believe everyone in the UK should have access to good cybersecurity guidance — that's why we built the free tier as a real product, not a lead magnet.

What is the early adopter offer?

We're offering Premium Individual at £1/month to our early community — people who register while the offer is open. Your price locks in at £1/month for 12 months from the date you register. After 12 months, you can continue at the then-current price (standard price £3.99/month) or cancel. The offer will close when we reach our early adopter limit.

How does Business pricing work for teams?

The Business Plan is priced per organisation at £29/month. You can invite team members to your organisation's dashboard, assign tasks by role, and view a combined team Security Score. All team members log in with their own accounts — no shared passwords.

Do you offer annual billing or discounts for charities?

Annual billing is on our roadmap. We don't currently offer charity discounts — but if you're a registered charity or community organisation with a specific need, contact us at support@cybernovaai.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Cancellation is immediate — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
