Built in: iCloud Keychain
Your Mac has this already. In Safari, when you sign up or change a password, it offers to create a strong one and saves it, syncing securely to your other Apple devices. Check it's on under System Settings, then your name, then iCloud, then Passwords and Keychain. You'll find your saved logins under System Settings, then Passwords.
Or a dedicated manager
If you use other browsers or share logins with family or a team, a dedicated manager such as Bitwarden (free) or 1Password works across everything. Either choice is a big step up from reusing passwords.
Fix the reused ones first
